Clitoria Ternatea (Clitoria ternatea) is a tropical plant from the legume family that produces blue flowers remarkably resembling the shape of the female clitoris, hence its Latin name, Clitoria. It is native to Africa but currently also grows in warmer regions of Asia, Central America, and South America. The flowers of Clitoria are highly valued for their abundant anthocyanin content, powerful antioxidants that give the plant its intense blue color. Additionally, they contain flavonoids, lactones, phytosterols, and terpenoids. Recommended Usage:

Whole Flowers

Infusion: Pour boiling water over 5-6 flowers. Cover and steep for 10-15 minutes. Clitoria flowers can be combined with your favorite tea, lemongrass, honey, and lemon juice. The infusion turns purple when acidified.

Ground Flowers

Consume 3-5g of ground flowers three times a day, accompanied by a warm liquid. The powder can be mixed with honey.
