Recommended Usage:

Whole Leaves:

Infusion: Steep 1-2 teaspoons of dried leaves in boiling water, cover, and let it steep for 10 minutes.
Drink 2-3 times a day.

Ground Leaves:

Infusion: Mix 1-2 teaspoons of powder with a cup of boiling water or milk, cover to prevent the essential oil from evaporating, and let it steep for 10 to 15 minutes. Strain. Honey or raspberry juice can be added. Drink 2-3 cups of infusion per day.
