XTAR MC2 - charger 18650 na USB 1A
XTAR MC2 charger for 14500/26650 USB Li-ION 2 channels
Professional processor charger!
XTAR MC2 is a charger that surpasses others in terms of quality. It is light and ultra-compact. It was designed very solidly and pragmatically. MC2 inherits the best features of all chargers from the manufacturer XTAR. It can charge batteries with sizes: 10440/14500/14650/16340/17500/17670/18350/18490/18500/18650/18700/22650/25500 / 26650. It can charge the cells exactly to 4.2V and automatically stop the process when charging is complete. So, you don't have to worry about overcharging anymore, which directly affects its lifespan. It weighs only 42 grams, which is a very good result. It allows you to charge 26650 cells without an adapter and with a USB port, it is very convenient, even while traveling.
What distinguishes the MC2 charger?
CPU-controlled three-stage TC / CC / CV charging process
two independent charging channels
powered by any micro USB charger or from a computer USB port (min.0.5A)
compact, small dimensions - easy to carry
deeply discharged cells reactivation function
protections: short-circuit, thermal, against reverse polarity
Complete with the Xtar MC2 charger, we get a micro USB cable. The set requires a power adapter, e.g. for a phone, or a computer with a free USB port. The minimum power of the charger should be 500mA.
An interesting and safe solution in the MC2 charger is a separately connected power supply. This prevents unnecessary heating of the charged cell. When the set is in operation, the power supply itself heats up, not the charged cell. As a result, the temperature during charging may not rise more than 15 degrees on the cell. This directly affects the service life of the battery.
In the MC2 charger we can also recharge the batteries to the full. First, put the battery in the charger and wait until its voltage drops below 4.1V. This will happen during the self-discharge process. Batteries with a voltage of 4.1V or higher are considered by the charger as charged. Recharging will start when the voltage drops below 4.1V.
On the other hand, the reactivation of discharged cells consists in inserting the cell into the charger and checking the voltage. Thanks to this function, we can check each link in the right size. After detecting a discharged cell, the charger will try to reactivate it. It should be remembered that exceeding the minimum voltage on the cell will limit the possibility of reactivating and saving such a battery.
