It lowers blood pressure and regulates fluid management in the body, which is why it is used in cellulitis, varicose veins and obesity. It brightens, stimulates and strengthens the mind, has the ability to relieve headaches. It is used for muscle and menstrual pains, rheumatism and arthritis. Rinsing the mouth with a solution of juniper oil reduces bad breath.
