Application

Inhalation
Add 3-5 drops to a bowl of warm water or an inhaler - it cleanses the respiratory tract and improves well-being.

Massage
Mix 4-5 drops with 10-15 ml of base oil and perform a classic massage - relaxation guaranteed.

Sauna
4-6 drops to a ladle of water. It goes great with peppermint, eucalyptus or lemon oil.

Bath
Add 3-5 drops mixed with base oil to a bathtub of warm water. Immerse yourself in a relaxing bath for 15–20 minutes.

Air aromatization
For a scented burner, diffuser or spray – create a fresh, herbal atmosphere in your home.
