C) Provision of marketing services (sending commercial information by e-mail, letter and telephone/SMS) without concluding a contract and/or after termination of the contract, pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a) GDPR (voluntary consent of the data subject, possible to withdraw at any time) - we store such data until the consent is revoked, and then may be further stored in order to fulfill the obligations arising from the law (as long as the given requirement applies ).

data identifying the person, in particular: PESEL number, first names, surnames, details of the identity document,

address and contact details, in particular e-mail address and telephone number.

7. Your personal data may be made available to third parties if required by law, at the request of public authorities or in the event of pursuing rights in court.

8. Your data may be transferred on the basis of legal provisions to entities authorized under the contract for entrusting the processing of personal data, such as:

law firms or debt collection agencies as a result of pending court or debt collection proceedings, external companies servicing buyvapo.eu in the scope of maintaining services (e.g. legal, financial services, consulting companies, IT services, transport services).

12.  TERMS OF PURCHASE WITH DEFERRED PAYMENT TWISTO

INFORMATION OF THE PERSONAL DATA ADMINISTRATOR PREPARED ON THE BASIS OF ART. 13 SEC. 1 and 2 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

In connection with the entry into force and the need to apply Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 /WE (general regulation on data protection) (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation"), the owner of the Internet domain provides the following information on the rules for processing your personal data.

c) transferring your personal data to Twisto Polska sp. z o.o. in connection with the possibility of proposing payment for the purchased goods or services by Twisto Polska sp. z o.o. under the contract of mandate covering the purchase formula "Buy with Twisto" and making this purchase formula available through the Online Store, as well as for the purpose of verification by Twisto Polska Sp. z o. o. proper performance of such mandate contracts (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation).

12.2 In connection with the processing of personal data for the purposes set out in paragraph 2, your personal data may be made available by the Online Store to other recipients or categories of recipients of personal data, which may be:

a) ING Bank Śląski S.A.

b) Twisto Polska sp. z o.o.

12.3 If you provide your personal data in order to transfer your personal data to Twisto Polska sp. z o.o. before concluding a contract for the sale of goods (or services) purchased in the Online Store, the provision of this data is a condition for concluding a sales contract in connection with the business model adopted by the Online Store.

12.4 If you provide your personal data to the Bank in connection with the handling and settlement of payments made by you to the Online Store via the Internet using payment instruments, providing the data is required in order to make the payment and provide confirmation of its execution by the Bank for the Online Store.

12.5 If you provide your personal data to the Bank in order for the Bank to verify the proper performance of contracts concluded with the Online Store, in particular to ensure the protection of payers' interests in connection with their complaints, providing this data is required to enable the performance of the contract concluded between the Store online and the Bank.

12.6 If your personal data is transferred to Twisto Polska sp. z o.o. in connection with the possibility of offering you to pay the price for the goods or services purchased by you by Twisto Polska sp. z o.o. under the contract of mandate covering the purchase formula "Buy with Twisto" and making this formula available by the Online Store, providing this data and processing it for this purpose is required in connection with the business model adopted by the Online Store and in order to perform the contract concluded between the Online Store and Twisto Polska Sp. z o. o.
